JMT Development has been granted approval to proceed with the development and construction of the new Regency Air Center FBO at the Northwest Florida Beaches Airport (KECP) which opened on May 11, 2010.

Plans are completed for an 8,800 s.f. FBO Terminal Building, 20,000 s.f. storage and maintenance hangar, 128,000 s.f. ramp, and covered canopy.

Total investment is estimated at $3.5 million.  Airport fuel volumes are estimated at 1.4 million gallons from transient GA, corporate, and air carriers.
